Single Location for Work across Projects, Programs and Portfolios

Data is everywhere; and project team members are struggling to find their tasks and anything else they’re working on.

With the companion app for Sensei IQ™, project team members have a single location to view all work assigned to them across projects, programs and portfolios; including Deliverables, Risks, Issues, Decisions, Change Requests; AND Project Tasks from Project Online, Project for the web, Planner, Azure DevOps and Jira.

In addition to filtering work by the source, team members can also choose to filter for status, like overdue or late tasks; or active risks and issues. The search will further filter on both project names and tasks.

The user can easily click through to projects and tasks in the work management tool.

Or, edit all other items directly in the app itself.

Users with work assigned far into the future can also filter by time frame; like all work that’s ‘Overdue’; due today; tomorrow; this week; next week; in the future; or work with no due date.

The companion app is available within Sensei IQ™ and Microsoft Teams; as well as anywhere Microsoft distributes Power Apps for tablets or Windows.
